So, what happened to Crazy Sheila?

we think something went wrong when she calved and Vet would/count not get out to us and she was to CRAZY with the new calf and all to get loaded into a trailer. WE tried, Rod got knocked out by her, He didn't know where he was and told his mother he didn't want to go to school. Sheila was gone/passed the next day or so.

I think you need your mom's help in rehoming the chicken, in that case. She will know what avenues are available to you. And, as a kid, you shouldn't be advertising at all. Your mom can do that for you.

I agree with this. You'll be lucky to just find a good home for her. In my opinion, you should be keeping her and not the chick. When you raise a chicken as a pet, you have an obligation to it, just like you would a dog or cat. But, you don't answer to me, if your mom's okay with it, you should be having this conversation with her.
