Time will take care of that. I doubt she is in pain. How old is she ?

About 5 or 6 I think. One of the breeder Orpingtons. I have been giving her some bread. Got her interested in eating.
Maybe egg sandwich for her tomorrow!

So the vet dont know what it is and treating symptoms. Means as soon as you stop it will come back.

Isnt there something bad about giving them bread ? Maybe that was ducks.. I vaguely remember reading something. Egg sandwich sounds good. I made a beef roast w/ taters and carrots and a pone of cornbread. Robert wouldnt eat. Said he dont like that kind of meat, tastes like sand.

remember all those serama roos I culled when you were here ? That still bothers me sometimes. The meat didnt go to waste though.

She thought it was an allergy or something that started irritation. She wanted to break the cycle of him keeping the irritation going from the scratching. I am happy with her treatment. Start off with what's easiest and see if it works. She gave him a very thorough going over... nothing wrong that she could find. Said he'd have to wear a cone collar if he didn't stop scratching, so I'm really hoping this works.

same thing the fired surgeon said to us. well, except for the cone collar.
I spoke w/ Star. She has been sick . She is ok though

You keeping that sofa? I love the color.

No, sadly. It’s velvet at the end of its life. The cat scratched up the arms a bit, and the color has faded in places. The worst trait is a broken board across the front— that was broken when it was given to me, but it’s gotten worse with wear. If I had a spare room I could work on it, but that’s not an option right now.

It served me well for many years. I’m looking at sofas in the same style, though. I like the squareness of it.

Nothing wrong with bread, just not the healthiest thing in the world, but she needs calories. It whole wheat bread. yum yum

Yes. I know how hard that was. I am very careful to take the eggs away from the Seramas. I don't want to deal with more babies.

Dont be sad !! That just makes it worse. I would of never found homes for them all .
