Cap, I see the Dow made an historic recovery today. I hope it is some consolation. Maybe it will continue.

Hubby says it needs to do that every day for a long time before we will get back to where we were before that giant drop happened.

I don’t have chickens but I’ve worked on a farm caring for them and milking cows. My friend has chickens and another friend keeps asking to use my yard. I say yes, even got a deal on materials to build them a home in my yard but she never got the chickens. For some reason my younger daughter is scared of them.

Everyone gets Medicare at 65. You are probably thinking about Social Security. The payments for that are related to how much you and your employers put in over the years and you have to have a certain number of years to be eligible.

If Bernie gets elected we will all have it.

In my opinion this country needs Universal Health Care. But it doesn't matter which of the Democrats gets elected President (if any) because the House and Senate would have to pass it and that won't happen, not with the gridlock we've had for the past many, many years. So Bernie would LIKE us to have Medicare for all but I wouldn't bet my life (or sadly even a nickel) on it happening any time soon.

I guess all the boys went to their dr. and tested positive except for him and he knew he had it. Said no way he could feel this bad and not have strep. So he went to er. yup has strep and his ears dont look good he said. I cant imagine them all being sick at the same time. Poor little guys.

Don't they have urgent care places down there?? The ER is the WORST place to go for such things. WAY expensive.

I found a place nearby that’s $48 for the spay and $10 rabies. We’re just barely over the income for free spay.

Around here that would be almost free.

I think time change is coming up here shortly

Hang in for the long run. The current drop will fade. Part of it is knee jerk to the virus, part is the reality that China isn't putting much out on the market at the moment so there is a domino effect.

My sister was terrified of birds. it was the flapping of the wings and flying. Buy hey ! You have a head start w/ a coop !
