I actually saw the nurse practitioner, and she wants me to raise the head of the bed. And wash out my sinuses twice a day. And use more nasal spray, and a different allergy medication.

Tired. We left here at 11:00 am, shopped all day then left for home around 8:15 pm! We went to a lot of stores! I bought 4 guppies for my 10 gallon tank. I bought medication for my 29 gallon tank, and three plants. Oh, and a siphon.

I have sleeping pills but I only take half a pill when I need them.

Can you bump the heat up? That will help the ich more then meds. I have the heaters that are preset.
