Granny's gone and done it again

I decided I am going to make some masks if I can find some 1/4" elastic in my stash. Send some to the kids and grandkids and keep some for us.

Still no sleep. I have hurt my arm/shoulder. Picking up water probably. Tom had a nice nap and is off to bed so he must be feeling ok.
The storm hit just as we were leaving this am and poor Robert wanted to come with us . The lights were going in and out. I gave him every flash light in the house and told him he was safer here then sitting in the van for hrs . He didnt believe me that the hospital wouldnt let him in . For once he seemed happy to have us home.
After the first round of pictures I took Tom to hardies for gravy/biscuit. Hearing aid place wasnt in naturally. We went shopping and I got him a cart asked him to come in w/ me. Almost done and he aint looking good. Said he was sick to his stomach. We had to leave but I did score a couple meats ,creamer and TP ! Everything was limited.
We left there for foot dr and I asked him to listen to Toms heart. He said he is in afib yet again.Said his wound looked much better and he cleaned it up again.
then off for the last set of pictures and back to hearing aid store. Still no one there. I went into the store next to it and they said they hadnt been there all day. That store was a meat market and had some ok looking stuff but I was too tired to shop, 2 more hearing aid places same thing , closed down then home.

Just went out and checked the chickens. It has been sprinkling on and off since I planted the strawberry plants.
I got 5 Mille Fleur D'uccle eggs today! Every hen laid! And none of them got eaten.

I got 24 strawberry plants in the ground and heavily watered with miracle grow. I probably have as many more yet to plant. Had to take a break and get a drink.

went to a friend's and got eggs to set for the HAL. 2 were cracked BUT I'll still be setting 49 eggs.

I am thinking of using my home made incubator with 2 turners in it. And 2 other incubators.

What /how long, is the fastest egg to chick to layer is there do yall think? I hope Im wording that right. LOL
