You were supposed to mail me some about 4 yrs ago. LOLMy pear has TONS of little pearlettes too. I will have to thin them, or the branches will break.
OR you could just buy some seed packets and grow your own.

Breadseed poppies are the same as Opium poppies. Big seed pods full of seeds for muffins and bagels.
Maybe that's why you don't get fruit. This pear tree has to be 30 ft tall. Looks just like a ornamental
I was trying to collect some of the CA poppy seeds, but my timing was never right. They are popping up all over right now. They do not like much water, so not sure how they'd do in IN with your summer rain. Worth a try. All poppies like poor soil too. I should grow some! We've got lots of poor soil here. You were supposed to mail me some about 4 yrs ago. LOL
Mine is a dwarf. Hubs keeps it well pruned. This pear tree has to be 30 ft tall. Looks just like a ornamental
This is the first yr since I bought it that it has bloomed. It had the start of pears on it then and that has to be at least 7 yrs ago.Maybe that's why you don't get fruit.
Serious?Make me a judge !
Im just teasing Wishing. Would be way easier and cheaper for me to just buy some . Im not able to plant but I keep thinking where they cut my trees down they mulched them up there and maybe scattered seeds would grow ?I was trying to collect some of the CA poppy seeds, but my timing was never right.
