I went to the torture chamber for a snack and got more then I bargained for. I got pressure in my chest and my arm hurt. Figured I wasnt that hungry after all. I was telling Robert about it as I was watching one of his videos and he asked me if I wanted some cottage cheese. It looks just like what the dr was doing . LOL
