Wow, that is really sad. What if she needs medical attention? How does she pay for that? No wonder the south is over run with stray animals. Probably will get worse with this virus causing even more poverty

So my understanding on this if I am reading it right and assuming they are right is Ca. leads in stray animals and La. is up there 2nd from the top in dong something about the excess animals.

Morning Star, It sure is but I diidnt want to leave it as a north vs south problem . Ya know ? Its world wide pandemic, worse then this virus and everyone is guilty at some point in their life. I have an unaltered tom outside that was born here and cant imagine how many he has added.
