Sonny, the one who's calf last year got sort of stuck last year. She had no problems this time around. Has a big white patch on its forehead as well

UBER protective. The whole herd has been over to check out the new addition.

Could NOT get close enough to sex. Thinking of naming it "Side Up" to go with Sonny/sunny

I spent over an hour sitting UP in the tractor just watching them and hoping to see the calf nurse. BUT Sonny wasn't done washing everything for about the 100th time. Calf did try to nurse on mom's chest and under the front legs. Rod is going to keep and eye on them and make sure it nurses.
