Where are the shingles at? And what part of his foot, toes?

Can this year be over? Or can we get a redo? It has literally been one thing after the other.

Dr said its time for Toms foot. Its been 5 months (unbelievable hu?) and thats its not going to heal . He will take the 5th metatarsal (PINKY) toe and part of the foot underneath there. The new stuff I have been seeing is his bone. He said he dont have great circulation but its all he is going to get and he will stitch him up and hope it will heal. He said that if all goes well he should be back walking in a month.
I asked the nurse to take a look at my arm that is hurting and she asked me a few questions and said it sounds like shingles to her but she would ask the Dr. He came in and examed me. Said you see this rash running down your arm to your thumb? And the spot that hadnt cleared up I thought was ring worm . He said as tender and swollen and the rash all says shingles. And all I can do is wait it out.
