I don't love the weather. It's waaaay to hot and muggy for me. Hubby is from up North and I'm from out West. We'll eventually leave Georgia but I'm trying to make the most of this while we're here.

What is lupus Sour ?

It is an autoimmune disease where something will cause your body to attack itself. It may present as a rash, arthritic symptoms, etc. Once it attacked her kidneys and nearly killed her. Treatment is chemotherapy, steroids, hydrochloroquine - which is some nasty stuff that can kill you in and of itself. This kid has never said, "Why me." I am so proud of and also scared for her.

I took out a bucket of bantams from the incubator, moved a bucketful to the outdoor brooder. In a few minutes I am going to empty out the LF chicks, because I emptied out that brooder earlier.

When they open up here we are still going to social distance for a month until we see what happens. My gut says there will be another wave of disease.




We are the 4th best county in the state. Total deaths over 5,000 and I believe close to another 300 died today.

People are So Stupid! They stand around chatting in the aisles, so much for 6 feet away. No masks, kids along....they must be in denial!
