Well, Robert wont be getting a new worker. He refused to sign a paper saying he wont sue them . The worker they had trained quit . I wonder if thats legal? Bet its not. They withhold services because of a paper not signed ??

I would think that if they do their job and mind their manners they wouldn't have to worry about getting sued.

Its stupid Pert. The letter says something about if one of their workers gives Robert the virus he wont sue. Her argument was no one that works for them would do that on purpose. Roberts was your a big idiot if you think theres no crazy people in the world just look back on my past workers and the woman that tried to force me out of her car in town.

I am wiring on the last piece of the roof to the run. Got up on the ladder and scrubbed the clear panels on the roof of the hoop coop as far up as I could reach. What a difference! I think I may have to caulk the two panels together as just the screws are not keeping the water out. Debris is pushing in between the panels and forcing them apart. And then put a board up and screw it to the one underneath. Of course I have to do that before I attach the wire to the coop. Need to find a 11 foot board.

it’s a valid concern. I understand where the worker/their company is coming from - this virus is such a grey area legally and otherwise - and there are a LOT of people who see companies as moneybags for suing. (Not saying you guys, but it does happen)

AND HE IS AUTISTIC AND COULDNT EVEN BE HELD LIBEL FOR SUCH A DOCUMENT THAT WOULDNT BE LEGAL. Sorry, caps lock was on. LOLOL It was a stupid paper to present to him . No one could prove where they caught such a virus from unless it was done on purpose and if that was the case then they should be sued.

So my day didnt go so good. Did I tell yall Bandit got out ? Through the broken fence. I seen the gate for $50. at Lowes. Robert and I went , found it and they rand it up for $250.00 I said wow wait a min. 3 calls into the manager and they are all insisting its the right price and me standing there showing them the tag says the gate is 10 ft. long which this one clearly isnt. Manager said its only half of a drive way gate. I said then go get me the one you have advertised for$50.00 He said I will sell you this half for $125.00 I said the hell you will. Things get a little blurry after that but Robert is upset w/ me for jumping them and said I was wrong and bla bla . Anyway the gate is in the van and I paid $50.00 for it and all it cost me was pain in my jaw and my son thinking less of me. If the man that installed the rusted gate calls me back I will be sure to pass the pain on to him. Maybe I was in the wrong Maybe it was half a drive way gate. They should have them zipped together . Maybe I would of paid the $125.00 but not after all they put us through The 3 calls to the manager then me physically walking back there to get him was enough to send me over the edge. carried it from garden to last reg. inside then called and waited for someone from garden to come do a price check and telling me that is the wrong tag. No way it cost that much.

The chicks are still hatching in the brooder and I found a chick under the broody. I have 9 broody chickens now!
