Just a little size difference.

I’m not messing with the house. In dire need of a vacuum and mop and general tidy buuut nuts to it.

need to get more stuff from petco. May stop by tomorrow...And upgrade the filter while I’m at it. May bring peach to work tomorrow too - supposed to be pretty hot. She can come with me to petco ;)

debating for substrate. I still have half a bag of white aquarium sand. Could get another bag and be done with it - or to go with something else. I have a love hate with the sand. On one hand it looks good when it’s clean. On the other you can’t toss it in a strainer to rinse the crap out of it, and the vacuum thing tends to not like it either. It can be done but it takes a lot of finesse to not get the sand clogging the thing up.

Or this? Or should I do something with a pop of color?

I swear I had this in one of my younger-me tanks lol

meaaaah I think natural would be best. But...stick with sand or go with pebbles? I’m sure the plants would like the sand better...ugh!
