Considering the conditions they were in , No. I saved bacteria from the old tank and used product to remove the chlorine so they went into cold water and are slowly being warmed w/ the heater.

That is the brightest light I have ever seen. I dont need an overhead light now. Theres 2 tubes that run the length of the hood and I sure hope its light thats good for plants. If those plants die the whole scape is useless.

I guess you cant really see it very good.
I watched hrs and days and months of scaping videos , read everything I came across and then driving to town today I seen in the middle of someones yard a bush? They cut down and all the tall weeds growing around it and they had mowed in a n oval shape around it and I said Thats it ! Simple.

Well, its all I got in me for now. All recycled except 2 small bags white gravel.I also have black background I can change to. Havent made my mind up yet.

Jealous !! Your tank is beautiful. Thank you though. The background is a dollar plastic tablecloth. LOL Its tan colored.
