shenaignans around here too. Not in my town (yet) though there was some protesting in town today. Hopefully just people wanting change - not troublemakers. Not enough worthwhile in this town to loot anyway as far as businesses go.

ordered some new decor for the aquarium. We’ll see how long it takes to arrive. Screenshots don’t show the sale price. But I needed something bubbly which the waterfall is. Going to stop by petco tomorrow for an air pump and a bubbler in the meantime. Had to get gas on the way home tonight though.

Did I tell you I trimmed three more cedar slabs for the fence? Peeled, then cut so the edges are fairly straight. I think I am going to end up going to Lynchburg for more.

Danged deer and rabbits are eating my flowers. Ate all the blooms off my pansies, chewed up a hosta, and chewed on my three new primrose plants.

I do that after I get the amendments ready. Peel and chop a large onion, peel and chop a bunch of garlic, clean and slice a mini-mountain of crimini mushrooms, grate 3 zucchini. Saute onions in olive oil, add ground turkey and brown, add spices and ground pepper, add garlic, cook cook cook, deglaze the pan with some cheap red wine, add mushrooms, cook some more, grate in 3 zquash, cook cook cook, THEN add 2 jars of sauce (one that is salt free), and simmer until it smells too good to wait anymore.
#1 says it's his very favorite non-potato thing I make!
