Did you do a garden Blue ? I cant but I suckered my Nancy into planting a few things for me. Nancy is my housekeeper. Lifetime resources sends her out once every 2 weeks to clean for Tom and myself because we are both disabled. I love her to death

Naw, when MIL was alive she would bully us into gardening but we, er, have other talents. . We like to say we used to have a garden but now we have chickens. What used to be garden is now their run. It has lots of lilies and other bulb flowers in it but no food. DH mows and that is all he has time for. I cook and clean and that is all I have energy for. Joys of aging, eh? Send me Nancy.

She was broody for about a month. She’s done well with the two she hatched and she accepted the rock baby but didn’t accept the brown chicks. (Rock, Easter egger and Sussex were store bought and introduced Sunday - she hatched out Friday so..)

Dr told me today to call Toms heart dr. He is holding water in his lungs. well, actually I told her that. Only one leg swelling has me puzzled

What did the dr say about the one leg? Maybe blockages?

My cuke seeds are up ! I dragged the hose out cause I gave up on it ever raining and watered them all then I came in and took a couple gallons of fish poop water out and used that to water the one on the porch and refilled the tank. I got some coffee, sat down and watched it rain.

Naw, when she pointed out that he was out at elbow i could see what she was talking about. It caused him to toe in. I already knew he was way over the breed standard weight at 103 lbs., too, and not overweight, just BIG. He was still an awesome dog and famous in the community anyway. He was not less of a guy for not beeing breeding quality.
