works on the same "feel good" receptors as melatonin. Do you take an antidepressent that can mess w/ your serotonin? If so, start there. serotonin syndrome is a real thing and can mess your whole world up

Good idea, but my dr already knows I don't sleep well. He'd had me on Ambien for over 2 years until I finally refused to take it any more a couple weeks ago. Maybe 4 years, I don't know. I can feel it rotting my brain .... you're only supposed to take it for a couple of weeks.

I can fall asleep with just benadryl.
