I take the lid off and cover the top of the can with foil. Fill the instapot with water until half the can is covered then cook. I'll have to find the time and temp but when it's done it has to sit for a bit then add some vanilla and mix it's so good!You mean you cook up the closed can? It really works?

That is why they need to be picked when they are about carrot size and the seeds are small. Plus then you don't have to eat much squash or zucchiniI made squash and z-squash for supper. Too many seeds for you!
