ummm I didnt realize there were different kinds besides pickling .

hahaha! We have lemon, persian, and striped armenian cucumbers growing.
Pickling is the one kind we've never grown.

Zquash and banana bread are more like making a cake than bread. Stir up the ingredients, dump it in the pan and bake. Pretty easy.

Takes me 45 mins start to finish to clean a chicken. Skinning them is so much easier. And some people just take the breast and thighs w/o even bothering to gut them. They can process one that way in just a couple mins.
