No need to turn your mind and will over to another human. Turn yourself over to God. That's how I got victory over that nasty habit. Kiki had good results with Chantix too, but she was committed to quitting and had BYC as a support group. Some use Nicorette gum or Nicoderm patch. Deciding to do it is the key.

Well Nugget is the mother of the new calf. Huge white patch on its forehead, and a bit of white on the tail. According to Rod its back 2 hind feet also have white. It is also carrying the recessive golden gene.
