YUSH, it's healthier for you than hydrogenated oils, canola oil, sunflower oil, etc. I only use butter or olive oil. Wonder what popeye would say?

I worked in the Collier County DAS (Dept of Animal Services) in the quarantine section.. I never liked pits at all. Gator has changed my mine on that. He's the sweetest, gentlist, best pal of a dog I've ever had. When the neighbor's dogs came over to inspect the chicken coop which I happened to be in, Gator let them know in short order they were not to get close to it, then ran off to play with them while I finished my chores. He was not snappy or mean, just barked in a manor that let them know.. don't mess with momma's chickens.

BTW, here's a note for ya.. Didja know Petey on Spanky and our Gang was a pill bull? NO, look it up. They were originally bred to be baby sitters.

I’m not one of the ones saying all pits are vicious brutes or anything. I know that with the right training, (like any dog!) they can be absolute darlings, and I do know some absolute sweet pitties.
I just know different types of breeds play/react/etc differently and you need to handle them differently. Herding/working is what I know. *shrug*

Sorry, that's not a Staffordshire Terrier. That's a blue nosed pit bull. A cross between the staffy and a bull dog. Nice looking pup though.

Yes! But she’s not a lab at all. Her motivations weren’t the same at all. That took a lot of learning and patience for both of us.

So getting some Panera for lunch today. They’re doing curb side pickup only now. Well heck no am I taking my truck that close. I park further out and walk. So I said on the directions I’ll pick up at the door look for the chicken mask

Bridger is a hero. How brave is this young man? #Repost @nicolenoelwalker Hey, all. Please, share my nephew’s story so that it gets as much exposure as it can. We know that our little hero would love some words of encouragement from his favorite heroes. On July 9th, my six year old nephew Bridger saved his little sister’s life by standing between her and a charging dog. After getting bit several times on the face and head, he grabbed his sister’s hand and ran with her to keep her safe. He later said, “If someone had to die, I thought it should be me.” After receiving 90 stitches (give or take) from a skilled plastic surgeon, he’s finally resting at home.
