I have 3 or was it 4, different types of arthritis. My body is trash.

It's a shame you don't have any practitioners of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) up there. They know what herbs, roots, etc that can help rebalance your body and alleviate the majority of symptoms you have. That's why I was seeing one. BTW, I injured my neck while on active duty and the only solution they and the VA there after ever had was giving me injections of steriods and Xylocane (sp) in the neck. Funny that, went to a practitioner of TCM that did cupping and acupuncture on me twice and I've never had a problem since. Booyah!

Toms food came. I dropped the box twice. My back hurts so bad. Guess who picked it up? Tom ! Always to my rescue.

Where is Robert? Surely he can handle a heavy box.

We are changing companys. AND his case worker is doubling his meals from 10 every 2 weeks to 10 a week.

I think eating 10 times a week is good! Heck I eat well over 20 times a week

I know that can happen when they are given long strands. In fact the neighborhood where I used to live there was a group of people that had some chickens. One of the hens got an impacted crop. There is a nurse in the neighborhood, he did surgery (I have no idea if there was any anesthesia) and pulled out wads of long strands of grass. There are videos on the web of vets doing it. I wouldn't give them long strands, when they pick their own they break off little bits.

My birds are in a 20 x 20' old dog pen with plenty of sandy loam soil. First thing they do after eating is go eat dirt. You would imagine with all that sand in their crop it would grind up anything including all the little spiked balls they eat off the grass tops.. Sand spurs we call them.
