Oh my gosh. I can’t. I just can’t.

so had my neighbor come over to see peach and drop off some soup for her.
Mentions she’s going to be out of town for the weekend cause someone’s going off life support.
And she’s convinced peach can do a bunch more weeks.

Taking tomorrow off. I just can’t deal with people who I question if they’re even able to wipe their own bums after they poop...and the bs of work...and peach. I need to call the vet and see when I can get her in. Need to find out with hubs what his schedule is like....or if he’d be mad if I just did it myself. he already expressed he didn’t want to go in to the vet...

Oh yeah. And I heard back from the water district about the job I applied for. I’m on the nope list. :/

the vet could answer that question better then a neighbor.

I gave hubs the option and the out...he doesn’t want me to do it while he’s at work. So I’m going to go for Saturday. I’ll call the vet tomorrow.

Wow! I was out checking the livestock and found a large Kingsnake trying to get in the enclosure with the young polish I am growing out!!! Luckily that cage is completely enclosed in hardware cloth. I grabbed the snake and put it in a snake bag. I was actually looking for the snake that killed my hens. This might be it. I had been out there about half an hour, checking feeders. Well worth the effort. So glad, though I know there are more out there.
