Granny's gone and done it again

I do feel very bad for you Star. I still look around for my shadow. We were together 21 yrs. If I am remembering right.

that’s a long life for a puppers. It’s been over twelve of peach and I being a team...and half of that has been with it being our little fam of three...December she would turn 13.
What is that bluish one at the top, Star?
No idea. It’s either a blue rock or one of the hatchlings from the neighbor. The lorp hatched out two eggs....one was the black with barely any length to her tail feathers that I was convinced would be a roo...and the other was a grey that ended up being one of the blues. The other blue was a “Plymouth rock” from the feed store that I thought might be a grey or something....she accepted it but none of the other bitties...kicked out Nouget and an Easter egger (who passed). Sooo the two blues and the black were my broody babies, and Nouget and the addition of the Easter egger (that looks like no Easter egger I’ve had!), white rock and giant Cochin round out my brooder babies

Bah, I took another muscle relaxer for my shoulder and it's kicking my behind. I have PT tomorrow, hopefully that will help. But for now I'm gonna be the first to .... good night, all! ❤😴😊
Good night Blue, rest peacefully.

Sorry, star. This will be very sad. The part of loving animals that is so hard.
I empathize with you Star.. I had gotten a rescue rottie and we became fast friends. About 4 years into our relationship he totally tore up his right rear knee chasing deer. He was in so much pain. Surgery would have been $5,000 which I just couldn't afford, so the vet came out to the house and put him to sleep with me right there with him. I didn't cry until it was all over. Still cry when I think about him too much. I spent a week crying. That's when a neighbor suggested I go to the Pensacola Humane Society and look for something. I did go, and found Gator there. Here's the big bad boy chasing tadpoles.
