thats what Robert said too. I didnt understand it. He is around 40 lbs.

Twist, this is me. Hun, Im telling you.. After you get them pulled wait as long as you possibly can. What that man did to you today aint nothing compared to a dry socket. No straw either . No sucking on anything !

Ditto dat, at least for as many hours as they tell you to abstain. Get some NicoDerm patches to see you through. You won't die. A dry socket will make you wish you would! Or so I've heard. I didn't smoke. It was tough but if I could do it, you can. Say the rosary instead.

yep have had a few pulled.. and then got as far as them putting in cadaver bone into my bottom jaw for a couple implants. But I ran out of money before the numb spot went away on my face. AND I still have the numb spot.

My mom had a numb spot on her chin at the side of her mouth. I think her lip was a little numb on that side too because she always had a drop or a bit of food there when we were eating. Little 6 yr old me felt it was my duty to inform her that a wipe was required. Poor mom. By the time I was 16, she was pretty tired of me telling her to wipe her face!
