I've been looking at recipes and bought a bunch of cream cheese. I got the Swerve sweetener for it. Supposed to be pretty close to sugar to use in recipes. It's erythritol.I have made the fat head dough . It is good! My daughter made me a keto cheese cake. It was delicious. You don’t need to use xylitol. Monk fruit is a really good sweetener and allulose.

Did the dr know you are doing Keto? One of the side effects is muscle loss. You need carbs in conjunction with protein to build muscle.I had a body scan done. I weight 170, so 75 lbs of fat, the rest is bone and muscle. He said my muscles are wasting. I need to do some strength training. Hard to do at home because I am lazy.
I'm not missing bread all that much. Not as much as ice cream! I did make some crackers from ground flax seed. Pretty easy and good for a quick bite, especially with egg salad.I just saw a recipe for the fat head dough that looked the easiest yet. If I can find it I will post it. Hard to cook with it so hot.
