My hubby is out there mowing still. He used the riding mower, weed whacked and is using the push mower now.

Whew. Came in to cool and dry off in front of the fan. Only 80 so far, but so humid it feels MUCH hotter.

I wonder why he sprayed if there was no threat... Maybe he was just doing his skunky thing and passed by leaving a trail of odiferous wonder.

We were wondering about that too. We expect it in the spring when they are mating, but not this time of year unless a dog catches them in the yard. My big dog killed one once. The spray got down in her lungs. Bad breath for ages! Maybe it was a neighbor's cat or a fox or something that scared it. Pepe le Pew maybe?

I dont know what they will need to fix it. My house loan says east too. There is no east. I got his bank statement, insurance and ss . all letters. He asked me if I would get mad if he goes through all this and when they ring it up tell them never mind, he dont want it. He said since I was a spiteful person he figured I would enjoy that.
I am not spiteful. At least I dont think I am.

There have been a few times when you've shared with us some creative ways to get back at people. But is that spite? I don't think so. Spite implies malice, which is just being mean for the hell of it. That's not you. Not Robert either. Perhaps he should have said you enjoy a good little revenge now and then or you want people to see the error of their ways.
You don't start the fight, but you'll take a swing if it's called for. Spiteful person starts the fight.

well I pussed out about going to the farm, got up lateish for Lena. That IDIOT census person was back again harassing guests. and then putting stickers on rooms I rent by the night and the maids room door.

Can you ban them from your property ????

Insurance man was here today as well, I have insurance for the next year for the motel. RATE actually dropped by a whopping 36 bucks.

called the city yesterday and asked to speak to the IDIOT with the neon green spray paint can who decided to paint the siding on the motel. Needless to say "they" have now been over and some how scrubbed it off. I think need to go and double check that.

I got the two brooders clean, moved chicks in. Fed birds, pulled weeds. Started emptying the feed out of the truck. Cut plywood for the playhouse door. In now for a cooling break. Maybe I will read for a while. Hubby is watching sports again.

I finally planted my daisy and my japanese maple. Spread some mulch around. My Iris plants have big bites chewed out, I figure it was a deer who was the culprit. Keep pulling weeds, I dump them down in the little mini gully the water has carved out of the trail on the way to Turkey Town. Figure they may take root and help stop the erosion.
