I got the door put on the run tonight after I trimmed it a bit. Tomorrow I can tack the hardware cloth on for the skirt.
I got both packs of periwinkles planted in the flower garden.

I called dish and got my bill lowered a couple days ago. I signed a new 2 yr contract and they cant raise the price on me. Then Mortgage called and I am late so paid them over the phone. I only had 4 more to make out. Figured I better get on it . LOL

This is George, my young Black Jersey Giant, next to one of my year-old EE hens last night. He matured rather slowly compared to the Black Australorp cockerels I got at the same time (who are all now in the freezer) but he is getting some nice size to him now. I just love him. He's calm and well-behaved. I think he's about 30 weeks old. The older rooster keeps him in line but he is breeding some of the hens and pullets.
