so rumor has it that Rod and son are closing on a house next week BUT their offer was just accepted so "something is rotten in Denmark"

Vickie HATES her apartment and has spent the last 18 hours crying and freaking out. Evidently she is going to she if she can get out of her lease. She claims to hate drama but it follows her around like Pigpen's dirt cloud (Peanuts character)

Did you breed for specific colors or just random? Some of the colors and pattern combos they have now are amazing.

I tried the lutinos and albinos but the rules are different for their ceres . Hard to get pairs .

Where is she going to go?

evidently she has now decided that she will move to the farm WHEN Rod moves out. Which works for me. I can get out there a couple times a week in the winter to give the yaks hay.

NOT in the house with me here,

Maybe in the room where everything works except the tub/shower and she can use the upstairs bathroom here. She was going to end up coming over her to soak/take an occasional bath anyway as the current place is a shower only.

I, Robert, Gene and Lois ALL tried to talk her out of this/that apartment . BUT she NEVER listens to either Robert or Myself.

Evidently he called her either this morning or last night. Robert heard about it this am from Rod.
