Granny's gone and done it again

We get meat in these new meals we are getting. My body/stomach wont absorb b12 thats why I have to take shots. I dont know where the blood is going for low iron. Maybe Im not eating enough red meat . I do eat meat and all my veggies .

What do you put on your oatmeal to make it palatable? I like mine with a little real maple syrup, pecans, chopped dates or raisins, chopped bananas, and milk.
brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon. I can't do nuts. I have a tree nut allergy. And I LOVE nuts so go figure.

Granny do you have pernicious anemia?

I don't make mine by the directions. It comes out too thick and gummy. Had some at a restaurant in Custer, S Dakota a couple years back and it was SOOO good! The owner told me she makes it thus: one cup oats, two cups water, one cup almond milk. And she cooks it for like 40 minutes! I don't think she uses the quick oats. I do, so I cook it about 10 minutes. So good and creamy, yum!
