Granny's gone and done it again

so, You plant a tater and it grows and makes more taters then when the vine dies you dig them?

basically other then weeding /watering and some people to "hilling" aka pulling dirt up the sides of the plants.
 
Thank you ! Their new home is ready for them so they can grow out to selling or eating size. LOL

well they are a food source for humans in South America where they come from and so are plecos if they are big enough. AND Discus
 
and thats so water dont stand there ?

nope "encourages" the stalk/stem to grow taller and taters to form on the covered part of the stalk. I just plant extra tater plants easier for me that way.
