a rubber mallet works as well. I think its a "hoot" that she got caught by Robert trying to "cheat" on the rules. OF course she can "get him back" over the whole blood sugar thing latter

Twisty's little one doesn't appear to be a golden BUT it could have still been wet.

I do know it carries the golden gene since Twisty carries one golden recessive gene and the Sire is a visible golden so he has 2 of the golden genes.

Twisty's little one doesn't appear to be a golden BUT it could have still been wet. I do know it carries the golden gene since Twisty carries one golden recessive gene and the Sire is a visible golden so he has 2 of the golden genes.

That's a cute little calf. Is the mom tame at all? Sure would be nice if you could handle the calves.

not really sure . She doesn't seem super protective like Polka and Choice. And when we wean them we can handle them and give treats so humans aren't so "scary/mean/evil"

I am hoping that since both Maiah's and Twisty will get to "keep" their calves when we wean off the rest. That maybe they will become "buddies" very sad to me to see Twisty and Maiah usually off by themselves or at the edge of the herd.
