I think it is what I ate yesterday. I got a crustless pizza from papa Murphy’s. It had it all, bacon, sausage, artichoke heart, cheese, olives,

Sometimes I get in terrible moods and not a clue why. I wonder if my sugars are off when that happens but your not eating sugar are you ?

No sugar but see above. Part of it is that I am tired.

It is delicious also mushrooms and Canadian bacon.

Long dreary day here. Tom is treating me like a princess . I hate that. I guess he is worried. Lots of pain today. Sun hasnt shined all day. I will be glad when bed time comes.
