Good. Haven't had PT since Friday and feel better every day, except for mornings. Almost think PT was doing more harm than good...

I have been sitting on an ice bag off and on for hrs. I have a cold arse !

Pull your knee up to your chest with your arms and hold it for ten seconds. Repeat a few times. That always helps me some. Sciatica really hurts!
