He does not like pee pads, which could be problematic while traveling. For now, he’s good at letting me know when he’s gotta go out, and once again, he peed and pooped outside. Proud of my man. He’s zonked in his crate right now and I’m on the sofa across from it...though I may be able to sneak off to the bed...shhh.

I've been reading about your procedure. Seems like the risk is very low for serious complications. Not going to stop the worry completely, but it's good thing... big deep breath.

Also said the recovery time is 12-24 hrs after the stent is placed, so I guess an overnighter is expected.

Problem is parvo. It’s a problem. Also sketchy as sin neighborhood - though it was blessedly subdued last night. They’re a means to an end right now - if I have to go to work for half a day he can pee on the pads at home, etc etc.

He’s a smart boy, no doubt about it so I have the feeling he’ll figure out when he’s a big boy it’s pee outside time.
