They may need to put you on medication. I think warm compresses too. Let me google it.

well I cant use my heating pad unless I go to bed and I dont have a plug in there for my computer. I wet a wash cloth.

What I found is, it's an inflammation, not an infection. You may need anti-inflammatories, and warm compression. Sounds painful.

Granny, do you have one of those microwave buddies or a hot water bottle? Facecloth isn't going to stay warm long.

No, the one I used finally wore out. I saved the seeds inside but I need to make a new bag for it.
