Well I’ve tried to not handle mine too much today since it’s his first day here. But yes you can hold them. Most like to be handled.

Was wondering why the polish roosters were roosting out in the run rather than in the Turkey coop. Tonight Mini found and killed one possum outside the run, and I found one inside the run. Got hubby to shoot it. They were about the size of a small cat. Probably this year's batch of young ones.

They were small enough to get in through the 2x4 welded wire. I guess I am going to have to add chicken wire on top of it.

Even w/adhd he will benefit from an IEP Are you sure he is doing his work and not playing games on the computer ? Sounds to me like he isnt being challenged enough.

I will look into it. He has never been challenged enough at this school. This town has a population of 437. In the younger grades, when he finished his work early, they gave him pages to color. He hates to color. Later they let him read. There is no enrichment at this school. He likes to read, and he is now into coding. Next year at academy he will at least have a social life. He'll be okay. We just have to survive this year.

Welp, I made grilled cheese and tomato soup today, Washed dishes twice and cleaned a fish tank. The one I have been dreading. I did a75% water change on it too.
Bandit is sick and I have been following him around w/ carpet shampoo half the day and had to clean his crate out. Poor guy keeps swallowing like he has a sore throat.
Nugget is "head pressing". Supposed to take them to a vet right away but he has been doing that for a while.

Open his mouth and check for a bone caught across the top of his mouth.
