Those are from the Jumbo White Wing Pharaohs , As you can see, a couple of them are english whites.

I usually put them in freezer camp until I am ready to eat them.

compared to what?? It does take a bit out of you. Taking a life. But does get easier. I thank them each time.

Processing: compared to, say, chickens. Seems like the cleaning would be harder bc of the small size. Getting your hand in there to get all the offal out, you know?
