Hot to the touch, painful, redness in a localized area of the leg=phlebitis or blood clot or can be both.

Once confirmed, rest, blood thinners if indicated in the event of a clot, NO pressure on your legs, no crossing your legs if you have them stretched out in front of you, no rubbing the affected area, no tight stockings.

It's a pain in the leg, literally.

already resting and on blood thinners. Its swollen I dont know if its hot. Hurts to touch it.
