One of our Cattle Dogs is named Varna, which is a city in Bulgaria where the artist who designed our speed bike is from.

That's as close as I can get to Verna.

No limburger but I ate my weight in Muenster and Cup Cheese! Then there was the thick egg noodle German Pot Pie, Sour Kraut fixed any way you can imagine, Chicken and noodles, Sour Cream Chocolate Cake and Shoo Fly Pie! Just to name a few of the ethnic German/PD dishes I grew up with. Mom was southern, Irish and Cherokee so there was a lot of good Southern foods also. I'm the last generation that can claim Tribal Membership. Unfortunately my Great Grandmother never enrolled. So between Dad's German genes and Mom's Irish/Cherokee genes, I'm pretty much...well you know.....doomed when it comes to being stubborn.
