Granny's gone and done it again

It's been very cold this past week, and I have been bringing my last 3 Seramas into the garage to spend the night. During the day, they've been going into a ground cage to get some sun since their coop is mostly in shade, especially this time of year.
Well, we finally got some rain today, so they had to spend the day in their coop. I was de-cobwebbing it (those spiders move in so fast!) and noticed something strange on the bottom side of their roost. Is that what I think it is? Yes, colonies of newly hatched red mites! :barnie Thank goodness the bitties had been sleeping safely in the garage! The coop will get a thorough soaking tomorrow to kill all those evil beasties. Think I will spray the mob's coop too. Couldn't find any there, but better safe than sorry. And just last week I said something about not having needed to spray for a couple of years. Jinxed myself.

I hope you told him that. It doesn't mean you caved and he gets all the power in the relationship and always gets his way. That's what the right counselor can help with, finding balance. Sometimes the honesty is scary, but it's necessary. Did you ask if that's what he wanted... to separate?
I told him no, not what I want and I love him. I asked what he wants as far as his cleaning obsession. Last time we went for counseling, I just cried the whole time. He said he would do whatever it took. That was decades ago.
