A bright lamp, or one of those LED's that say Sunshine on it. I walk Lucy every day, only the temp and precipitation limits the distance. Talk to others, watch uplifting movies. Read interesting books, so you don't realize what it is outside.

I should walk my critters. They mostly walk me. I havent seen sunshine leds. I will look for them though.

the led is as expensive as any led, really. But when you compare the price to the value of your mental health, it isn't any more than standard led.

I just use table lamps too Granny. I don't know anything about Wally World, as I don't shop there. You can always check online and see if they have them.

I dont have much choice on shopping here. We do have a Krogers but walmarts has one stop shopping.
