I’ve thought about one of those. Used to use a Brita, but gave up. Hubs has a penchant for the bottled waters. So I get the 2.5 gal jugs of if.

Bad thing about bottle water, is often they store it for so long, that plastic is absorbed through the water. Mostly if they store it in the sun . Ever notice the taste or smell of plastic in a glass of that so called fresh water?? I had, that is why first I went to Brita, then to this. I love the taste of the water. It is so pure, that it is shocking. Never knew water could taste so good.

We started with a zero water filter, they're great! We upgraded to a reverse osmosis filtration system just because I got tired of refilling it, lol. We drink A LOT of water here.

I have been filling these dag things for over 20 years. First filter system, looked just like a coffee filter in a way. LOL. I did not like the taste of Reverse osmosis water that was bottled. But since it is just me, Lucy, and the quail, this Zero is perfect.

I've never had bottled reverse osmosis water but I do find anything that sits in a bottle ends up tasting like plastic. Our filtration system is hooked up under the sink and has a separate faucet. I have a water distiller as well and we keep the water in a glass pitcher because I'm weird about flavors and contaminants.
