Hmm. Well here's my thinking. If you don't want 75 gallons of water ruining your floor, take the tank but don't fill it up. Too chancy. Instead, dress it up like a pretty aquarium, take pictures and list it for sale. You could use the money and you don't need the tank. Sell some of your angels with the deal.

Well I just looked it up and apparently there is a slight difference between evaporated and condensed milk, with evaporated being a little sweeter than the condensed, but neither has any added sugar. I use them interchangeably so that just shows how dumb I sm, I just thought it was a difference in brand name, like Pet vs Carnation. Why did you think you ruined it, and what kind of soup was it?

Any of you guys able to help us out?

Sweetened condensed milk is VERY sweet and thick like syrup. No way would you put it in soup.
