That's great! My mom used to make brittle, but she put vinegar in it so it bubbled up and was the "fluffy" kind. I mean it was still hard, but it was thick, about half an inch thick, not the thin kind like a sheet of glass. Still delucious!I honestly have no idea as I gave up on brittle years ago. BUT her recipe and watching her do it sure seems to have done the trick. TOTALLY STOKED
