Not the whole state? My county opted out of being part of the Bay Area covid region. State is not counting available empty ICU beds because they are not staffed... because they are empty. County says we have 40% available, state says 2%. So our county supervisor opted out. Best thing he's ever done. So you can still get a haircut!
15% is the governator's threshold for lock down. Hopefully we won't reach that. Sadly, I think we will, but I will keep hoping.

Been a long time.
2 EEs, one each of Dominique, lav Orp, blue laced Wyandotte, and a Delaware. Six 5 month old pullets. Owner is moving out of the country and needed a home for her babies. I have a home and need the impending eggs. Hubs is happy about the Delaware (he likes the Columbian coloring... white with black necklace and tail). I'm happy about the Dom. Oldest breed in the US. Cool

That's great! My mom used to make brittle, but she put vinegar in it so it bubbled up and was the "fluffy" kind. I mean it was still hard, but it was thick, about half an inch thick, not the thin kind like a sheet of glass. Still delucious!

There is a candy called sea foam that is like that. Yummy
