How about getting her in rehab? A mental health program?

been there done that. Rehab won’t help until you are ready, throwing them in rehab is just a waste of money if they are not going willingly. Usually If you get off the drugs and booze a lot of those mental issues clear up.

Sometimes the threat of more jail time will motivate them to try rehab. Success rates are very low, though. Person has to really want to get healthy, and even then it's incredibly hard. And expensive.
