We have a 13 year old tabby cat named Ruger. Roo got loose on his here in MO one weekend and disappear into the woods. We could hear her but not find her. When we stopped hearing her meowing, we figured she had become dinner for a predator. She was my baby. Then one night, exactly a month from the day she disappear, Roo reappeared at our patio door, meowing to be let in. I couldn't believe it. She was as fat and sassy as the last time I saw her. All I could do is hold her and sob I was so happy.JFD, each one has it's own crow. One of my breeders yell out, "Pick Me".
Lucy finished up my pasta. I know dogs love it..
We took her to the vet for a check up the next day and he couldn't believe that she had only lost an ounce during her great adventure.
One day we found her eating a worm that had found it's way into the garage. Suddenly it dawned on us that she had survived by eating what she could find, even if it was worms. So we offered her spaghetti. She loved it. She isn't a picky eater. In fact she will take a bite out of your sandwich if you aren't careful enough to hold it out of her reach.
