I used a brooder heater, not a heat lamp. Since they are in my apartment, I don't need that much heat.

Like a brooder plate thingy? Do you like it a lot? I’ve been considering one. I’m a bit tired of heat lamps.

have to buy the right one. The one from that one place, isn't worth a damn. Make sure it has the metal on the bottom, with adjustable legs.

The container is 22 x 20 at the base.

the name of the place you don't want to buy it is: Brinsea. It cost me to lose half my quail. Did not get warm enough.

I’m not a fan of anything Brinsea either They have over priced products that aren’t all that great, IMO.

I need to make a Hatcher. I have an incubator like a little refrig. It works great until the hatch. Since I now have a staggered hatch going I need to build a Hatcher. I have looked online but haven’t found anything I think I can do. Anyone have any ideas.

Try making one from a styrofoam cooler. I hear of people making those and loving it.
