I don't like Fried Green maters. I will let them ripen on the bookshelf instead, or make green tomato pickles.

Fried pickles are yummy too. Flour, water, dash or three of hot sauce, salt, pepper and fry Make sure the pickles have been fried with a paper towel though.

I have heard so, but have never tried it. I use Siracha Sauce instead of hot sauce.
